Reasons to celebrate in the 2024 financial year were the publicʼs vote of confidence in the runway extension as well as the continued recovery of air traffic, which has now reached pre-crisis levels.
In the reporting year, various sustainability issues were further addressed. The company focused intensively on its human rights responsibilities and adopted a new Business Partners Code of Conduct. In addition, climate reporting was adjusted and restructured based on the recommendations of the TCFD.
In the reporting year, the variable remuneration system for the Management Board was revised. The new variable remuneration includes, in addition to a financial target, three qualitative targets.
